What are your top five must-see community
highlights?
Starbucks is right across the street from us (so good) same as
Fiction Coffee and Ross & Hall Beer Garden Kitchen. Our Postal
Center is always a must-see going towards the homes, you go through
the Uber Lounge, you're able to see the pool from the gate and the
gym. While our amenities are currently not open, you are also able
to look through the doors of our epic Sky Lounge on the 5th floor.
Pet Lounge you're able to scan over as well!
Do all of your homes have the same finishes?
We have two color schemes! Dark scheme- mocha cabinets, grey
flooring, and cream subway tile backsplash. Our Light scheme - airy
beachy blonde floors, white cabinets, and grey marble
backsplash.
Does your community offer smart home
technology?
We do not but you are able to set up your own - just remember to
reset should you move out.
Do all your apartments come with a washer and
dryer?
Absolutely.
What is your pet policy?
Pet Fee is $250 per pet non-refundable. Pet deposit per pet $250
refundable and Pet Rent $25 per pet. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull,
Bull Terrier Rottweiler, Doberman, Dogo Argentino Chowchow,
Rottweiler, Presa Canario, StaffordshireTerrier, Any hybrid or
mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds plus exotic animals
such as Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets,
Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels,
macaws).
Are the bedrooms carpeted?
2nd - 5th floor - yes! First floor has no carpet.
What lease terms are offered here?
We offer 13-16 month lease terms.
What concierge services do you offer?
We have an off site leasing center should you need anything 24/7 if
the leasing team is unavailable.
What is your parking policy? Do you have garages? If so,
are they attached or do you have a parking garage?
1 space available for one-bedrooms, 2 spaces for two-bedrooms.
Additional space $50 / monthly or purchase reserved space for $50 /
monthly. We do have a parking garage - residents can purchase
passes for visitors and get credited back once we receive passes
back or the visitors can park on the side of the building.
Do you have storage units available?
Yes, $50 / monthly
What is included in the rent price?
Your beautiful home!
What's the security deposit at your community?
$300 up to one months' rent additional for security
deposit-depends on application approval.
How long does a customer have to move in to an apartment?
What are your current hold times?
We can hold a home up to 30 days.
Do you have furnished apartments?
No, we do not but we do know a third-party company called CORT that
we refer to if you need that service! Their number is

What is the noise level like?
Standard apartment living noise - but if you experience any issues
you may reach out to our Courtesy Patrol Officer with Signal 88 and
us! We are here to make your living experience as peaceful as
possible.
Can I get a discounted rate if I sign a longer lease or pay
for rent in advance?
We do not offer any discounted rates and we do not take rent
payments in advance. You may set up auto-pay on your resident
portal and have your rent payment comes out as soon as the 26th of
every month when we post rent. Our online portal is a breeze.
What is the community culture like?
We love to involve our communities in all kinds of different
Resident Events and activities such as Fitness Classes, Happy
Hours, Yappy Hours (for your fur babies), Brunches, and more!
Are there any construction projects scheduled in the
community - upgrades, or setbacks to the common spaces? (We believe
in honesty... even when it's not easy)
Not at this time!
How are appliances set up?
All homes come with central air, electric stove/oven, microwave,
dishwasher, and every apartment home has sub-metered water.
What school district is this community in?

Who is the internet provider in the area?
We refer AT&T, that's who our building is wired with. You can
use another provider as long as they do not need to make any
modifications to our building!
How do I send and receive packages?
Outgoing packages go to your local USPS office, FedEx, UPS,
etcetera. We have a Luxer One System that carriers will drop
your package off at! You will receive an email and text
message with a code to retrieve your package. You have access to
this room 24/7.
What is your guest policy?
Residents have to purchase a temporary fob/parking pass from us and
will receive a credit once we receive our items back. You can have
up to two guests per resident stay and up to 5 days.
Can I smoke in my apartment? If not, where can
I?
We are a fully non-smoking building.
What are your amenity hours?
Our amenities open at 9 AM and close at 10 PM.
How can I transfer to a new apartment?
Simply check the following boxes: Be in your current home at least
6 months, pass an inspection of your current home, give
a 30-day notice, provide a $500 transfer fee, re-evaluate your
income, new deposit for your new home, and new deposit(s) for your
pets if any.
